Onboarding & Migration
What does the PIRO Retail onboarding process look like?
Onboarding is guided. We start with a needs assessment, then configure your POS and back‑office settings, prepare data templates (items, customers, inventory), import your cleaned data, train users, and schedule a soft go‑live. Smaller single‑store setups typically go live in weeks; multi‑store and e‑commerce projects can take longer depending on scope and data quality.
Can PIRO Retail migrate my historical sales and customer data from other systems (e.g., Edge, Logicmate)?
Yes. We provide import templates and mapping to bring over customer, product, and transaction history from legacy systems. You can choose how much history to migrate; many retailers import recent, high‑value years for speed and keep older data archived. Our team can assist with export, cleanup, and structured import to ensure accuracy.
How long does it take to implement jewelry POS software?
Most retailers can go live with PIRO Retail in a few weeks, depending on data migration and training needs. Single-store setups are typically faster, while multi-store businesses or those with e-commerce integrations may take longer. Our onboarding team provides templates, guided sessions, and remote support to keep the process smooth.
How responsive is PIRO support?
They guarantee a maximum 2-hour response time, with phone and chat support prioritized for a fast resolution.
