About PIRO Retail

Jewelry retail is more than the sale.

Since 2007, our team has worked alongside jewelry businesses and seen how much happens around — and after — the transaction. PIRO Retail was built to connect the counter to the work behind it.

Why we built PIRO Retail

We saw a gap in jewelry retail software.

Traditional POS systems are good at transactions. But many jewelry stores have a lot more to manage than what happens at checkout.

A sale can lead to a sizing. A customer visit can become a repair. A custom order can move through quoting, sourcing, bench work and delivery. Inventory may be owned, memo, ordered, transferred or tied to a job.

As jewelry businesses become more sophisticated, those workflows often end up spread across the POS, spreadsheets, task-management tools and separate systems.

We believed there should be a better middle ground.

PIRO Retail combines a modern, easy-to-use point of sale with the operational depth needed to manage the work behind the counter — without turning the sales floor into an ERP.

Deep operations, heavy setup and a steep learning curve.

Since 2007

Built on jewelry experience, not retail assumptions.

Our team has been building software for the jewelry industry since 2007, and has spent years learning how jewelry businesses actually operate — from the sales counter to inventory, purchasing, repairs, custom work and the bench.

That experience shapes PIRO Retail.

Jewelry has details that generic retail systems rarely understand well: stones, metals, sizes, attributes, memo goods, custom jobs, repairs, vendor workflows and inventory that can move for reasons other than a sale.

PIRO Retail is designed around those realities from the start.

One connected business

The counter is only the beginning.

Great customer service depends on what happens after the sale, too. PIRO Retail keeps the customer-facing side of the business connected to the operational work that fulfills the promise.

How we think

Built around the way jewelers actually work.

Jewelry-specific by design

Jewelry should not have to fit into software designed for generic retail. The system should understand the products, workflows and details that make this industry different.

The sale should stay connected

What happens at the counter affects inventory, jobs, purchasing and customer commitments. Those processes should not live in separate systems.

More capability, not more clutter

Operational depth should not make everyday work harder. Sales teams need speed and clarity; back-office teams need control and detail.

Software should follow the business

Every jewelry business works a little differently. Good software provides structure without forcing every company into the same workflow.

Not just a POS. Not an oversized ERP.

PIRO Retail is built for the space in between — for jewelry retailers that need an intuitive selling experience at the counter and real operational control behind it.

Whether the work involves a sale, repair, custom piece, purchase or inventory movement, the goal is the same: keep the business connected and give the team a clear view of what happens next.

Our goal

Moving jewelry businesses forward.

We keep building PIRO Retail around one simple idea: give jewelry retailers better tools to manage the complexity behind great service — so their teams can work with more clarity, control and confidence.
